TICKET PURCHASE

How to purchase tickets?

You may purchase online via pulptickets.com.

How do I purchase tickets through PULP Tickets online?

- Go to pulptickets.com
- Click “My Tickets” to Register or Log-In to your account.
- Select the event you’d like to attend.
- Review the event details and seat plan.
- Choose your desired ticket section and quantity.
- Double check your Booking Summary, and click “Buy Tickets”.
- Select your chosen payment method and fill out all the required information.
- Review all your order details and read the reminders then click “Buy Tickets”.
- Check your email or your “My Tickets” tab to receive your E-ticket.
- Print your E-ticket or save it in your mobile phone. Keep it safe and see you on show day! 

How much time do I have to check out my ticket?

Upon clicking “Buy Tickets”, you’ll be given 10 minutes to complete your purchase. If you exceed the allotted 10 minutes, you’ll be redirected to another page informing you that your request has timed out.

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay through Credit or Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard), or through Gcash, GrabPay, Maya, and BPI Online–just make sure you have enough balance!

Is there a PWD, Senior Citizen, Medal of Valor, or National Athlete discount?

PWD, Senior Citizen, Medal of Valor, or National Athlete discount is not applicable for online purchases.

 

E-TICKETS

When will I receive my E-ticket after purchasing?

After completing your purchase, as long as there’s no problem with your payment, you’ll be able to receive your E-ticket! Please also check your Spam or Junk folder in case you can’t find the email.

Where can I view my E-tickets?

After completing your PULP Tickets purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email together with your E-ticket. You may also download your E-ticket by navigating to the “My Tickets” tab and clicking the “Download Ticket” button.

Is my E-ticket the actual ticket I can use for show day?

Yes! The E-ticket you received in your email or in your “My Tickets'' tab is the actual ticket you can present on show day. Just print it or save it in your mobile phone, just make sure the QR code is clear and visible.

Can I print multiple copies of my E-ticket?

Please print just one copy of your E-ticket. Your tickets are your responsibility, and PULP Tickets will not be held responsible for duplicated or stolen tickets.

 

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & REFUNDS

I bought a ticket but have an emergency, can I cancel & refund?

No, all tickets purchased are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed if a show is postponed or canceled.

Is it safe to purchase e-tickets from an individual seller?

To ensure validity and authenticity of e-tickets, please only purchase from the official PULP Tickets website. We will not be held responsible for ticket frauds from purchasing via unauthorized sellers and fake tickets will not be accepted for entry. Refunds will not be issued for fake tickets or unverifiable tickets.

How can I request a refund of POSTPONED SHOWS?

For postponed shows, please email the following to refunds@pulptickets.com:

Subject Line: Postponement Refund Request: Show Title - Order Number

(Ex. Postponement Refund Request: Show Live in Manila - 2023xxxx-xxxxx)

Email Body: Attach a copy of the E-TICKET

How can I request a refund of CANCELED SHOWS?

For canceled shows, please email the following to refunds@pulptickets.com:

Subject Line: Cancellation Refund Request: Show Title - Order Number

(Ex. Cancellation Refund Request: Show Live in Manila - 2023xxxx-xxxxx)

Email Body: Attach a copy of the E-TICKET
